bespoke workflow management system

We have developed this unique and sophisticated system over the last 12 years to automate, streamline, control and manage all aspects of our workflow production process. It centrally coordinates the raising of all publication projects, creates budgets, estimates and schedules, provides a full audit trail of all costs and studio time incurred, through to final project invoicing.

Online project PDF management system

All artwork PDFs are available through an online system for direct client access from anywhere, allowing commenting, amends and approval across the entire client project team. The system provides a full audit trail of all PDFs raised and their progression through the production process, enabling tasks and issues to be quickly resolved.

Online project management system

Where the project requires, all emails and instructions raised by both Cashman & Co and the client are centralised, throughout the project, in an online system. By invitation, it allows clients to orchestrate participation from their catalogue team members regardless of their location. It provides a means of ensuring communication accuracy across the project team as well as an audited trail of all communications throughout the project.
